Identify Your Strengths.
Build a Better Life.
“One of my strengths is belief. It means I believe in you and the potential you have. I believe every woman who I work with already has the answer. My job is to help her trust it."
Hi! I’m so glad you’re here!
You don't hate your job. But you don't love it either.
You've spent years doing everything right: earning the degrees, climbing the ladder, being the reliable one. And somehow you're still sitting in your car on Monday morning wondering, is this it?
That feeling has a name. And it's not burnout. It's misalignment. And I can help you find your way out.
I'm Alyssa Willet, a certified life and career coach for mid-career women who are tired of being successful on paper and unfulfilled in real life.
I've sat in that same Monday morning car. Early in my career, I worked in environments that were genuinely toxic. Places where I was slowly chipping away at who I was just to keep the peace and keep showing up. I knew I was capable of more. I just didn't know how to trust that knowing.
What pulled me out was doing the deep work: getting clear on my values, reconnecting with who I actually was outside of my job title, and building a life that finally felt like mine.
That's exactly what I help you do.
I spent over a decade in leadership development, HR, and global training in higher education and corporate biopharma. I sat on the other side of the hiring table. I've trained thousands of people on CliftonStrengths, coached hundreds of individuals, and designed programs used in organizations of 20 to 10,000 people. I know what actually moves someone forward. It's not more credentials or a prettier resume. It's clarity and confidence in who you are and what you want next.
I'm also a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach and an ICF Associate Certified Coach. But more importantly, I'm someone who has done this work herself. I built Willet Coaching because I wanted to create the space I wished had existed for me and I was tired of watching women sit on the sidelines, make excuses for why they couldn’t change and waste 10+ years of their lives feeling stuck.
My style is warm and direct. I'll hold space for you, and I'll also push you. I'm not here to let you stay comfortable in the story that's keeping you stuck.
If you're ready to stop dreading Mondays and start building something that actually fits who you are now, I'd love to be in your corner.

CliftonStrengths is an assessment tool created by Gallup, a well-known research and consulting company. It is designed to help individuals identify and understand their unique strengths and talents. The assessment is based on the research and philosophy of Dr. Donald O. Clifton, a psychologist and pioneer in positive psychology.
What is CliftonStrengths®?
How CliftonStrengths® Works:
Assessment: Individuals taking the CliftonStrengths assessment answer questions that help identify their natural talents and strengths. The assessment consists of 177 paired statements, and individuals select the statement in each pair that most closely aligns with their preferences or behaviors.
Strengths Report: After completing the assessment, individuals receive a personalized Strengths Report that ranks their top 34 strengths out of a total of 34 possible themes. Each person's results are unique, and the report provides insights into their dominant strengths.
Strengths-Based Approach: The CliftonStrengths philosophy is built on the idea that individuals should focus on developing and leveraging their strengths rather than trying to fix their weaknesses. By understanding and working with their natural talents, individuals can excel in various aspects of their personal and professional lives.
Application: People can use their CliftonStrengths results to enhance their career, personal relationships, leadership abilities, and overall well-being. The assessment can inform decisions about career choices, teamwork, personal development, and more.
Get Started
CliftonStrengths® has been widely used in organizational and personal development contexts to help individuals and teams recognize and optimize their strengths. It provides a common language for discussing and working with strengths, fostering a positive and empowering approach to personal and professional growth.

Coaching vs. Counseling
Professional coaching and counseling are distinct but complementary forms of support that serve different purposes. While both aim to facilitate personal growth and well-being, they have unique approaches and areas of focus.
As a professional coach, Alyssa partners with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Alyssa values helping clients to leverage their strengths, enabling them to achieve their personal and professional goals. As a coach, Alyssa's style is warm and caring, curious and holds space for the possibility available to unfold in your life. She provides a structured framework for setting and working toward what’s wanting to emerge in your life.
In contrast, counseling, often led by licensed therapists or counselors, delves into deeper emotional and psychological issues, helping individuals address and heal from past traumas, manage mental health concerns, and navigate emotional challenges.
“Coaching offers clients a space for self-discovery and goal achievement, making it an excellent choice for those seeking to understand and maximize their strengths while moving forward in life.” – Alyssa
