  • 1:1 coaching is available with a VIP upgrade. For $1,000 you can add on 3 private coaching sessions. This package is limited to only 10 women per year.

  • About 1–2 hours per week. The program is designed for working professionals — real progress, without overwhelm.

  • The next live group runs from May 26th - July 21.
